FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We welcome riders of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced touring enthusiasts. For most of our standard tours, you'll need a valid motorcycle license and at least 6 months of riding experience. Our beginner-friendly tours include comprehensive safety briefings and practice sessions before departure. For more challenging high-altitude or off-road tours, we recommend at least 2 years of riding experience and comfort with various road conditions. All participants must demonstrate basic motorcycle handling skills during our pre-tour assessment. Our experienced guides will match the pace to the group's collective skill level.
We provide a fleet of well-maintained adventure motorcycles including Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM Duke 390, and Honda CB500X models. All bikes undergo thorough mechanical inspections before each tour and are equipped with panniers, crash guards, and essential touring accessories. Yes, you can bring your own motorcycle! Many riders prefer the familiarity of their own bike. We'll help arrange shipping logistics and provide temporary registration if needed. Your bike must pass our safety inspection and meet local road requirements. We also offer bike storage facilities at our base locations.
Our comprehensive tour packages include accommodation (ranging from comfortable guesthouses to luxury hotels depending on the tour level), all meals during the tour, motorcycle rental with safety gear, fuel, permits for restricted areas, and professional guide services. Additionally, we provide mechanical support, first aid coverage, group insurance, and airport transfers. Photography services and cultural experiences are also included. The only extras are personal expenses, alcoholic beverages, and optional activities not listed in the itinerary.
For high-altitude tours above 3,000 meters, we recommend good cardiovascular fitness and no history of serious heart or lung conditions. Participants should be comfortable with physical exertion and able to handle a motorcycle for 6-8 hours daily. We provide detailed pre-tour fitness guidelines and acclimatization schedules. Those with medical conditions should consult their physician and inform us in advance. Our guides are trained in altitude sickness recognition and basic first aid. We maintain emergency evacuation protocols and carry medical oxygen on high-altitude routes.
Yes, all our tours include a dedicated support vehicle with a qualified mechanic and spare parts for common repairs. The support vehicle carries luggage, tools, first aid supplies, and emergency communication equipment. Our mechanics are trained on all motorcycle models in our fleet and can handle most roadside repairs. For major breakdowns, we have partnerships with local service centers and can arrange replacement motorcycles. The support vehicle also serves as backup transportation and carries extra fuel for remote areas.
