TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Company / We / Us – Tracks and Trails Adventure Pvt. Ltd., Pokhara, Nepal
- Client / Rider / You – Any person booking or participating in our tours
- Tour / Package – Any motorcycle tour, itinerary, expedition, or service offered by the company.
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of deposit payment.
- Minimum 30% advance payment is required to reserve your seat.
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before tour start.
- Bookings are accepted online, via email, or through official company representatives.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Package cost includes: Motorcycle rental (as per package), tour guide & support crew, accommodation during tour, meals as specified, permits & entry fees
- Exclusions: International flights, personal insurance, alcoholic drinks, personal expenses, rescue / evacuation cost
- Time of Cancellation:
- 30+ days before tour: 90% refund
- 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
