01. Definitions
Company / We / Us: Tracks and Trails Adventure Pvt. Ltd.
Client / Rider / You: Person booking or participating.
Tour / Package: Any motorcycle tour or service offered.
02. Booking & Confirmation
- • Confirmed only after receipt of deposit.
- • Minimum 30% advance payment required to reserve.
- • Full payment due 7 days before start date.
03. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices quoted in USD.

- Tour guide & crew
- Accommodation
- Meals as specified
- Permits
Exclusions
- International flights
- Personal insurance
- Alcoholic drinks
- Rescue/Evacuation costs
04. Cancellation & Refund

05. Mandatory Insurance
All riders must present coverage for:
High Altitude • Accidents • Evacuation • Medical
Failure to present valid insurance results in immediate tour denial without refund.
06. Health
Riders must be physically/mentally fit for high-altitude motorcycle expeditions.
07. License
Valid motorcycle license required. IDP recommended.
08. Safety & Conduct
Helmets and gear are non-negotiable. Dangerous behavior, alcohol abuse, or drug use during riding hours will result in immediate removal from the tour.
Group Discount Terms
Custom Itinerary Terms
• Requires a 40% non-refundable advance deposit.
• Custom itineraries are non-transferable and subject to design fees.
Cancellations for custom tours are subject to a maximum 70% refund (30+ days).
